- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We often travel from willunga to Strathalbyn to have lunch at the Vic hotel. Today my partner and myself ordered the Pork Belly which was on the specials board. The meals came out and it was like eating rubber. We could not understand how these meals were able to leave the kitchen. We complained to the head waiter who did pass on our complaint to the kitchen staff. The chef looked over to us and that was it. No sorry- nothing. We left hungry and furious. This experience wont be forgotten in a hurry. Poor follow up on a Complaint Victoria Hotel. Head waiter needs customer service training.By Brenton Smith, May 21, 2017
